Lovely family-run, spacious & quiet room, close to town & terminals, early check-in, great cleaning service, helpful staff.

Almost perfect.

I had a great stay at a small hotel in Playa. The location was fantastic, right at the beginning of the lively 10th and 5th avenue. The mall and change kiosk were just next door, and there was even free hotel parking. The staff were amazing, especially Ricardo, who gave me great recommendations on where to go and eat. The room was spacious, clean, and the breakfast each morning was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was really convenient, close to the main tourist area and shopping mall. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions. the room was spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom. the free water and breakfast were a nice touch.

The noise from the street in the early morning was quite bothersome, especially the loud taxis and music. the water pressure in the shower was a bit low, although the water was still hot.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better. It is very close to the ferry to Cozumel, so it's perfect if you plan on exploring the island. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the shopping area, making it easy to grab any essentials you may need.

Run by a warm family. Spacious, quiet room with a charming courtyard view. Conveniently close to town, coach, ferry, and water. Early check-in in scorching weather was a bonus. Highly recommended.
